Don't obsess over the Shetlands, Falkands, Zone 17, Zone 18 issues. Just
log
the zone as sent by the operator. The cabrillo file doesn't use country
file
data and the logs will be scored correctly by the sponsors.

Tom is right. My contest log checking program will score everything
correctly. I do have it set up to throw out an exception which I look at
and I use the latest cty too. Hats off to AD1C et al for all the work on
keeping the file as clean as possible. All those TO, Ukrainian, and
Russian call signs sure can cause ulcers. Throw in all the US Dx call
signs operating in the USA (my ARRL VHF log went wild when I worked
NL7AU in the Florida keys), too.

However I hope ARRL and CQ WW are looking at the exception reports (and I
know they are coming up)
and making the proper corrections.
