[WriteLog] Using WL after-the-fact

Shame on me.  I found myself getting sucked into the 160m contest for a
while, but didn't have the computer hooked up.

So now I have a bunch of paper-written qsos to enter into WL so I can
generate a Cabrillo log.

What is the simplest way to make the entries, including times/dates?
