No. The Cut-Numbers section only applies to transmitted CW. And it applies to the "sequence number" but I have not checked it for things like "time". I need to check it for WAE because I think I recall cut numbers in the QTC exchanges for WAE CW. All other buffer contents that might numbers for RTTY come out as the correct numbers.

0=T
9=N
1=A
