To add to Tim's info:
%3 still provides Cut-Numbers but on the leading zeros only. Leading zeros
are defined by adding the 3 (%3). So, If the next serial number is 008 and
you have Cut-Numbers set to 0=t in writelog.ini then tt8 is sent with %3
defined in Message setup.
