I would like to point out that my original email was for MY benefit, and if
I learnt anything that might help others, so be it, but it was NOT designed
to solve Mark's problem directly.
I did not suggest that Writelog was in any way deficient, and prone to
failure. Windows is usually the culprit, and I was simply asking if there
was an easy way to back up the contest.wl file, JUST IN CASE!
In the end, it looks as though the best solution is to have WL on a network,
and use that.
However, for those of us without that facility, then I have adopted Ed's
(K4SB) solution and created a simple BAT file to backup the contest files.
I will also try using the Windows scheduler to run this BAT file.
Go back and read my original email, and you will see the point I was trying
to make.
