Hi all,
I am having some minor problems geting my ft920's to
diddle with the keying circuits in AA5AU's website. It
seems to only put out a continuous carrier and not sounding
like the normal diddle. I read in AA5AU's website about
some guys having luck hooking the fsk line directly to the
com port pin and bypassing the interface circuit. Should
I try this or is this not a good thing to do? Any ideas as to
where I should look to troubleshoot this problem. Im pretty
sure I have the fsk circuit wired correctly and settings in
the ft920 for rtty as default. I am using ptt from Writelog.
Should I build the keying circuit for ptt instead? Any help
would be appreciated.
