This problem seems to occur in 10.50D too. I think I've noticed it before in
other contests but can't remember which. The logic to not show the
"bands/follow me" choices seems rather convoluted to me. If the operator
wants to see spots from another band why not make it possible? In fact why
should this feature be contest specific at all.
