[WriteLog] Dupe Checking Problem Solved on WL Network SS

I solved the Dupe Checking Problem from my 11/22/04 Post.  Thanks for all the 
help from W4MYA, N5NJ, K9JY, and others.  K9JY correctly identified my 
problem:


"The key is that one PC 'registers for Network connections' and the other
Registers for network connections AND Links to the Network. 

You have both computers Linking to the Network and it should only be one PC
linking to the other."

I had made the mistake of Linking both computers to the network.  One I did 
it like Scott said, dupe checking worked fine on both computers.
