[WriteLog] Failed MMTTY Error!

All of a sudden I am getting this error:
 
FAILED TO CREATE CUSTOM TNC HANDLER: Writelog. WlmmttyTNC.1
 
I have completer restored MMTTY and Writelog programs and I still get this
error. Writelog just does not see the MMTTY program.
 
Any suggestions??
