[WriteLog] Lost Point & Shoot from Bandmap

After migrating to a new computer this week, my Writelog setup seems
to have lost the ability to point & shoot from the Bandmap window. P&S
still works from the Packet Spots frame inside the main WL window but
nada when I double click a call in the bandmap. Any suggestions?
