[WriteLog] WAE CW Contest

I have setup the WAE CW contest and all seems to operate normally except when 
the contacts are logged and you try to send the QTC's the Tx-QTC indicates that 
no QTCc's are available.  The same contest in RTTY mode operates and transfers 
QTC's normally.  Any light will be greatly appreciated.  TIA 73, Bill Dawson
