Overflow is a function of the sound card input level to MMTTY. Have
you tried reducing that? Or using another output from the sound card?
( I can use either "speakers" or
line output on my Turtle card.

I'd try one test. When the "overflow" light comes on, turn off the
radio, and if it's
still on, disconnect the sound card cable. If it still is "on",
something is corrupted
in either MMTTY or the SM plug in. In which case, I would remove both,
and reinstall.
