hello
Before a short expedition we bought a ( rigblaster plus ) model
We can ( ve2sb and I ) with WRITELOG software and mmtty plug in operate it in
RTTY and separatly in CW.
( separatly because we have to remove the CW jumper DTR of the p5 serial keying
section to operate in RTTY otheriwse it create a problem.
Is it possible to do both modes CW and RTTY with the following three jumpers on
the rigblaster plus board section p5 without removing the following jumper...
(RTS for ptt......1st on left) (DTR for CW...5th on the right side) (TXD
for rtty.....5th on the right side)
In other words we can not operate RTTY and CW while leaving both CW and RTTY
cables on the rigblaster and on the good radio connectors for those modes and
leaving the CW and the RTTY on the rigblaster board at the same time...we must
remove the CW or the RTTY.
>From rigblaster key out connector we use a Y jumper with a cable to CW
>straight key jack connector on rear of radio and another to radio rear
>accessories 1 connector to RTTY pin 1 for icom 765 ......!
To confirm the radio accept TXD for RTTY and DTR for CW connections from the
rigblaster plus we removed temporary the rigblaster plus unit and we connected
a two wires jumper to the radio cw key jack and to the acc 1 rtty pin 1 for the
765 at the rear of the radio we then added a Y jumper at the end and we shorted
wires wires together.
On CW there is tone + ptt and on RTTY tones + shift while opening and shorting
wires this confirm the 765 radio can operate and accept DTR and TXD connection
on the rigblaster plus unit.
If it is a problem of WRITELOG CONFIGURATION what is it...?

HELP
wishing to ear very soon
Daniel ve2sb and Gilles ve2lx
