Come to think of it, I have seen it here. I thought it had something
to do with a macro.

Here's the scenario:

I am S&Ping. I find a station I want to call and click the macro to
send my callsign. I then click on his callsign to enter it into the
entry window. If I click too soon, i.e. after only one or two
characters of my call have been sent, the PTT will sometimes drop,
but not every time. I can see my call still being printed in the RTTY
window, but now the TX is off. I have found that if I wait until more
of my call has been sent before clicking his, this does not happen.

Is this anything like what you are experiencing? I have no real fix
other than the delay in clicking his callsign.

Bill, W6WRT
