I agree Jim.  If the ENTER key could be made to grab the highlighted
call, you would simply keep hitting the ENTER key for each exchange.
Beautifully simple.

Yes, but it could be simpler.  The INSERT key takes the highlighted call
off the screen and enters it, then sends the exchange.  Why can't the
ENTER key do the same thing (that's a rhetorical question)?
