BEFORE starting Writelog:
1. Right-click the speaker icon in the lower right tray.
2. Left-click "adjust audio properties."
3. Left-click "audio" tab.
4. Select the correct sound card for recording and playback.
5. Left-click "apply" and "OK."
6. Start Writelog.
