First I have now obtained a contest program that does not included as
a selection my radio FT-2000 or TNC PK900
What have I done?
LOL..... I love challenges :-)

I just want ot make it work with the PK900.
YES I will get to using it NORMALLY with MMTTY
like most of you probably do.

I bought writelog yesterday and after 3 hours of playing with it setting
a rtty contest..
Boy am I frustrated.
I guess I will take a real close look at the ini file. THANKS for the idea..
Thanks for the WEB pages....

The biggest frustration... of course learning curve involved
here..... was the rtty started fine BUT it would hold up xmit.
I had to manualy click abort xmit. Any quick hints on control code in
rtty to get PK900 to go to rec would be nice. The control code normally used
is CTL D in or %D X%M [X(enter)] turns xmit on.

I will just keep reading archives etc and work on it.

BTW the PK900 tuning device to me is suporior to and easier then MMTTYs
window. At home I use my logging program for general RTTY. Haven't done
a contest in a long time.
DXPEDITIONS I will want to go to WRITELOG and MMTTY.
MMTTY is what we use as FUN RTTY while at a location for
the CQWW SSB DXPEDITIONS. We will want Writelog to function as the
CONTEST software for those trips.
But no RTTY DXPEDITIONS yet.
