[WriteLog] 10.63H Windows 2000 Install

Thanks to help from people on the reflector it has been installed.  
Windows 2000 worked out quite differently for me.  The procedure was to 
uninstall any version of Writelog and then do a new install of a full 
10.63H and it worked.  I had already renamed the file to Writelog.msi so 
not sure if that would of been necessary or not.
