It is possible to run two programs on one sound card without any
degradation under one condition. The sample rates of both programs
must be the same or INTEGER multiples of each other. For example,
if you choose to run MMVARI and WinPSK (based on PSKcore) at the
same time, MMVARI must be reconfigured to use a sample rate that
is a multiple of 12 KHz (instead of the 11025 default) since PSKcore
is fixed at 48 KHz.

If the sample rates are not integer multiples, the second program
will receive "resampled" data. The resample process will introduce
significant clock errors which will degrade the decoding.
