[WriteLog] Rotator Directions are all wrong

List,
       How do I tell WriteLog v 10.64 where I am?  I must need to enter the 
Latitude and Longitude of my station somewhere, but I cannot find it. Right now 
all the rotator directions are way off.  Help!
