BTW, I have submitted a minor fix for UKDX (1.0.0.3) which will hide the '?'
from the ML field when working a new dxcc mult which is not a new named-mult
(from the config file).

Current users can contact Ron K5DJ for the update/patch since a new full
release won't likely be available before next weekend.

Thanks,

Hi Guys,

Regarding the several emails about the UKDX module... what you are
seeing is the correct (intended) behavior. The ML column will only show a
 number when you
work a UK station (in a new multiplier). When you work a non-UK
 station, it doesn't count as
a multiplier so it shows '?' in the ML field. Scoring should be
accurate -- let me know if its not. :)

Thanks,

Steve N9OH

Running SO2R with echo microphone enabled, yet every time I move
 between
radios, when I come back to Right Radio, the Mic Level is forced to
 zero.
I'm sure I'm missing something simple, can anyone suggest what it is?
Thanks

Hi
Need some help with the UK DX contest coming up.

I did a test log and everytime I entered a station the Multiplier part
 of
the log came up with a "?"
If I logged a "G " station with the location code, it would indicate
correctly. However, no matter what the station (DX or stateside) a ?
 would
come up.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Ken,
I just installed WL 10.64D on a new Dell laptop running Vista and am
 not
experiencing your problem on starting WL. The first time I started it
 the
list of previous logs was empty and I tried using the Browse button to
navigate to the new path where my previous contest files now reside.
  For
some reason WL didn't accept a previous old log (may be something I
 did) so
I started a new log and it works fine. I'm now struggling to go
 through all
the setup stuff, but my comm ports seem to work as do all the windows
 I've
tried so far.

How did you install 10.64D? That is an upgrade version. You should
 have a
full install of a previous version before the 10.64D upgrade will work.
  In
anticipation of getting a new computer I purchased a full install of
 10.63H
a few months ago and installed that version in Vista first before doing
 the
10.64D upgrade patch.

Now to figure out my newest problem - RF in the radio transmit that was
 not
there before the new computer arrived. Just discovered the problem
 this
evening so haven't started trouble shooting it yet. Not sure if it's
 the
computer, a new docking station, a new USB to Serial adaptor box or
 what.
The fun just never stops!
73,
Gary AL9A

Supposed to be a real cold weekend in IL. I was hoping to work this
contest. Hopefully someone will come up with a fix before the contest.

I think it may have been broken for a long time. I just checked my
 2006 log
and it shows the same thing. I am not sure, but I think it might be
 scoring
it correctly in the Band Summary window.
