The F12 cannot be configured by the user. WL uses this key to return the
rig to a previous operating frequency.
For example, you are running SO1R and calling CQ on 14.155. You notice a
spot come in for a new mult at 14.282 Double click on the spot to QSY the
rig or type in 14282 in the Call field and hit Enter to QSY. After breaking
the pileup and getting the mult in the log, hit the F12 key to immediately
QSY back to 14.155. This only works if you don't tune the rig's VFO
manually before pressing F12. If you do tune the VFO the F12 key won't
return you to the previous frequency.
