Yes, that's the sequence. First the transmitter keys and then the delay and
then the audio starts. I created my audio files with Audacity and have
trimmed both front and back ends to eliminate spaces. The messages are
mostly single ones like <msg2.wav> or msg6.wav> that are not chained
together. Maybe it's just the way Vista operates. I seem to notice a
slight lack in typing from the keyboard too, in Windows mail and MS Word.
There is so much overhead associated with Vista that even a fast processor
with lots of memory is challenged. I'm wondering if the Vista's search is
somehow slowed when trying to find the appropriate file in my audio folder?
Don't know why that would be, but can't think of anything else.
