[WriteLog] Help! Is it possible to install WriteLog on a Vista PC?

Second call. When I attempted to download WL on my new laptop running Vista,
I got a message that said I needed to load Microsoft Installer (MSI), but
that's not even intended for use with Vista. But if that's correct, which
version of MSI should I load? Or isn't WriteLog "Vista ready" yet?
