Yes, you will need some kind of driver for CW and either a 
second serial port or the LPT because the TS-570 needs the 
RS-232 handshake lines (RTS/CTS).  Information on the driver 
circuits are in the WriteLog help file.  The interface is 
nothing more than an NPN transistor (2N2222 or 2N3904) and 
a resistor between 1.5K and 4.7K.
