[WriteLog] Field Day 2009 contest

I just finished the contest and wanted to get a Cabrillo report.  The
Cabrillo Report was grayed out, meaning that  WL doesn't support this report
for Field Day.  ARRL will only accept Cabrillo format.  How do I accomplish
this?
