[WriteLog] Where is WRITELOG.INI in Windows 7?

I'm running WriteLog under Windows 7 Pro (64-bit).

I saved my configuration (after entering my address), but the changes
aren't in the C:\Windows\Writelog.INI file.

Where can I find the file in Windows 7?  I want to permanently add my
club name (and what .INI file option is that)?
