I got mine from this particular seller.

It automatically finds drivers for all versions of Windows, up through Win 
7 64 bit.  It works great for rig control, cw keying, and even handles 
Baudot fsk keying, without having to use ext fsk.  After installation, the 
com ports never change, and device manager tells you exactly which physical 
DB-9 has a particular com number.
