Joe,

Just uninstalled WL V10.83E and reinstalled V10.82A.  CW is now sending 
perfectly as before the update to V10.83E.  Obviously there is something amiss 
in V10.83E.  I hope Wayne can get it fixed soon.  I understand there is now a 
V10.84 Beta out there somewhere, but not sure if fixes the CW send problem or 
not.  I guess time will tell.  Now to get some free time to actually get in the 
contest!

  Was the problems present in Writelog 10.81 or 10.82? "What's New"
  indicates there were changes in the WinKey driver in 10.83.

  Have you made any other changes in configuration?
