[WriteLog] New Version 10.85

Hello All,

There is a new version of Writelog but
it still does not support the Yaesu FTdx-5000!!

The %o command still does not work correctly
for the FTdx-5000 and the FTdx-9000..

WRITELOG,  what's up Doc??????
