On my Windows 7 computer, the converted country files can be found in:

   c:\programdata\writelog

  11/04/2011  22:27          53,597  DXCCWAE.DAT
  11/04/2011  22:27          41,608  DXCCDOSMM.DAT

  11/04/2011  22:27          38,168  CQZONE.DAT
  11/04/2011  22:27          40,262  ITUZONE.DAT
