[WriteLog] Version 11 Error Message - "Failed to create TNC Handler"

I installed Writelog Version 11.01F and cannot bring up MTTY.  I get the
following error message when I attempt to open the RTTY Window:

RTTY Windows Application
Failed to create custom TNC Handler:

When I click OK, I get the Rttyrite window.

I removed and re-installed Version 11.01F and I get the same message.

I have dropped back to Writelog 10.90A which is working properly.

Any advice?
