[WriteLog] Miscounting multipliers in WPX?

I am using version 11.08B and Writelog is counting characters preceding the 
same call area as different multipliers in the WPX.   Example:  WM6A and W6AEA 
are both handled as mults in same band.  Am I confused about scoring or is 
there something wrong with Writelog?
