Hi Jim,

Thank you very much for explaining the procedure. The program starts OK now.
For years was using Windows XP Having Com Ports and USB, was very comfortable with it.
After it crashed I acquired WIN 7. At my ripe age I am still learning.

Hi all,

Whenever I click on the WriteLog.exe I get the invalid registration, then I right click run as administration and the

program starts. How can I start the program with one click and not see the invalid registration?

Noel,

What OS are you using. I use Win 8 and don't have to run WriteLog as an
administrator. In order to do so, however, right-click on the program
file (or shortcut) then click Properties. Click the Compatibility tab
and check the box "Run this program as an administrator". WriteLog will
run as administrator every time you start it.
