[WriteLog] windows mouse function

I found a good mouse function in my windows 7.

I configured the mouse pointer ( to go automatically ) in the  default
dialog box ( button ), so in contest often for many reasons we go from a
window to another or from a page to another and so on then for me I think it
is a time saving operating that way
