[WriteLog] TR: ENTER hit 3 times

In WL archives section I seen an article describing that way of operating 

 ( 3 time hit enter to send exchange + log qso + answer to the exchange )
unknown for me before.

 

 

I tried it but can'nt successeed.

((( Can someone tell me how and describe configuration in INI file if need
so. )))
