Radiosport is intended to improve our ability to copy information in an
emergency. With that said I would prefer to have a database of all the
residents names, streets, addresses and so on in the affected area
available to me on my computer at the EOC. Then as data comes in from
the field I can quickly verify what I have heard with the data I have on
hand.
That is really all that the prefill does. You still need to verify what
you heard. I have operated contests from Maine and Florida. So prefill
data from my call will certainly require that you copy correctly.
I am sure the argument will go on but that is my point of view.
