COM3 not available means it's being used by another program or is being used
by WriteLog for another function or is not present on your computer.

COM3: not available... the system cannot find the file specified.
Seems to me used to be something in INI file about commslot=3 or
something.... don't see anything in the help file. microHam router shows
connection but writelog doesn't help! Cort K4WI
