Open WL and a contest log.

Go to Setup, Keyboard Shortcuts...

In the dialog, enter

Keyboard shortcut: GRAVE

Select

Command to run: RadioHeadphonesSplitToggle


You probably got fooled because no one knows the '~' key is called the grave
key.

Another way to do it is press the button "Next key pressed"

Hit that key, then select the command to run and press Add Shortcut.
