This is a good example for using the "Steps Recorder" built into
Windows. It may seem
obvious to you what is happening, but in order to submit a report that
unambiguously
indicates what is happening, you can use the Windows "search box", run
the "Steps
Recorder" and email the resulting ZIP file to support@writelog.com along
with an
explanation of what you wanted to happen, and what happened instead.
