The main thing to keep in mind is that you set up WriteLog (almost) the
same as HDSDR (http://hdsdr.de).
If you start on that HDSDR page, it will direct you to:

You should be able to find the correct DLL there (according to the HDSDR
documentation)
A quick review of the AirSpyHF+ website also tells me that it provides
its IQ signals on its USB port and not on a sound card. Either works
with WL, but you have know up front which way to go. In this case, it is
"IQ provided via ExtIO"--the very top selection in the WL SDR setup
wizard's first page.
