Was wondering who was using an FL-7000 linear or other solid state
linear. I now have 1000mp with my Titan. The FL-7000 looks like a nice
partner, but at low power. To those of u who made the change(or just have
an opinion) did u feel a great loss in going from tubes to solid state
and was it worth it? I'm a DXer, not a contester. I worked all countries
except North Korea so was wondering if I would feel the loss of power at
this point, I know it's a matter of opinion. I'd like to know what the
experienced ops think. And, is the FL-7000 a good piece of equipment(ie
not known for problems) . Let's bat it around.
