According to the Pelican website, the 1650 is over-sized luggage on just about every airline, but when I measure mine (it's an older one), it seems to just make it under the 62" overall dimensions...

there is no one decoder, check that, one window that works best all the time....multiple decoder windows, with either different MMTTY profiles, or MMTTY in conjunction with 2-Tone seems to work best.
