What version of CT were you running? We used 9.88 at AA5NT in the M2 category, and it, being compliant with the new rules, issues numbers separately for each station so this is not a problem any long

If I understand what you are saying correctly, you were working one band and the other op was on another band. I believe from what I read of the rules a Multi/Multi operation has separate sets of s/n
