I don't remember seeing anything from TT advising that there would be two versions of Ver 2. Good to know that I am so smart I deduced it from the conspicuous absence of Ver 2 for the original Orion.

I used a little of that Noalox stuff that you put on antenna joints. Just a little bit spread over the length of the coil and worked in but running the slider up and down a few times. It is slippery
