I see the same thing on 80 meters - several times in a couple hours last night.I have been told they are some sort of newer ionospheric sounder but I dunno. Its slow enough the Orion II sweep follows

Yep , my ears are too good because I hear my relay clicking , but my ears are not good enough because the CW sidetone is too weak with my Sony MDR V6 phones but the SPOT is plenty loud. Hmmmnnnnn. Ha
