- I assume it works OK on receive The Scout is a pretty simple radio to follow. Your first step is to determine if there is significant RF at the input to the final amplifier. It should be significant

- Hi Mike, What I'm going to propose you is going to sound a bit crude, but it might help. If you have a receiver you can tune it to the frequency where the 555 is operating and instead of using an RF
