Measure the voltage across the relay coil and see if it's being hung up by voltage or just a mechanical problem. Can you pull the cover off the relay? Steve N4LQ _____________________________________
If I slap the top of the Orion the relay will switch to offwhen the power switch is in off position. Methinks mechanicalwill know for sure when I pull out the relay board. ___________________________

yeah, I garner that I surmise just about any common 12 vdc 30 amp relay will do the job also. Will know more when I pull out the relay board this winter. Will upgrade the dc power plug to an anderson
