Thanks we got it! Todd N4JRZ Todd, It is eccentric. (You would usually set it in the direction of rotation) I would look at the collar and see which way it was hit to tighten and hit it the other way

I now use 3M splicing tape instead of CoaxSeal. It seals great and is easily cut to remove it and it does not leave the gooey and sticky residue.                                                   73'
