- Wayne et al, Thanks for the explanation on the port setups. I did already have a [Rigs] section. I changed the comm3 setup to 1 stop bit. It of course had been set to 2. What improved immediately was

- Thanks Phil, I have had the rig set at 9600 baud. The PW-1 requires this so I have had that setting for some time. I changed the stop bits in the wl .ini file and that has helped the "No rig" problem

- Don et. al. I guess that is part of the problem I bring up. Inconsistencies in how the program operates causes problems. So if it works for CW or SSB then in my opinion in should work that way for RT
